Non refund of security deposit INR500

Respected sir/madam,

I had cancelled my post paid connection 4 months ago, i tried to contact airtel gallery (borivali (W), as well as hot line phone, but they are not responding to my complaint, It seems neither the staff nor the company is intrested in my complaint, They want to digest my deposit. i think beside reminding again & again i have to move to consumer court for refund as well as MENTAL HARRESMENT.

LAST BILL D:- 12-SEP.
