Dear Sir / Madam,
I lost my mobile number 9958317421 on 3 JUNE. Immediately I contacted the airtel customer care executive and requested to block the number. I was asked to contact at 9810198101, I tried again and again but in vain.
Then I went to the airtel show room there after verificatiom I was told that number will be blocked within four hours but now it is almist 14 hours and it is still not blocked.
I am very much disappointed and shocked at the poor and irresponsible approach of airtel towards its customers in such a serious case.
