Hi,
I am Airtel customer since last 2 years. I have corporate Airtel plan of Mahindra. I regularly pay all my bills within due date.
My credit limit is Rs.1200/-. I have two nos. viz.9004693595 & 9967593595.
For 9967593595
For the period of period :17-Jun to 16-July which due on 5th Aug. 2009.
1. I am not able to view my bill online - Service Request 27980897 - status not solved
2. The bill also not delivered by courier to my address- Service Request 27999973 - status not solved
when asked at customer service (121) ; the amount due told Rs.309 /- which is within credit limit.
Suddenly from today morning (4th Aug.) my outgoing calls & sms has been barred without prior intimation.
When I called customer care (121) they told to visit nearest airtel relationship centre which is open at 10 am in morning. They have not provided me the complaint no. Instead two times my called has been disconnected by their end . 3rd time - Amol -customer care executive & Shiekh was floor manager whom I spoke with. Their language was also rude.
Then why should I visit this centre? since the fault was not mine
I have to make urgent call from this no. I am unable to do so.
Now feared that my incoming call will also barred.
