Talk Plan not renewed and customer care number not available

Hi,

I am using this to highlight my woes after using Airtel. I am using two prepaid cards from Airtel and I am sick and tired of it. First of all the network is never available. I got a recorded call from Airtel on 5th Aug 09. The call informed about a 27 Rupees easy recharge voucher where i would get a 24 Rupees talk time and could extend the validity by another six months. Unfortunately I am not being charged according to my original plan after the recharge. I am spending 1 Re on every call and on every message i send. Normally I have to pay only 20p for every msg sent and 10p for every call made to any other Airtel MCampus number.

Apart from this the customer care number does not have any option of speaking to a customer care executive, so i had to go to a airtel centre almost 10 km away from my home. Then i called up the hotline from there but the woman on the line refused to budge and help me out till the time i threatened her that i will take this matter to the consumer forum. Then she transferred the line to her supervisor (supposedly) who took the complaint and gave us a complaint number. He told us that my plan will be reverted to me and he will take care o the issue. However, till now the issue has not been resolved and I am still paying abnormal charges.

I cant even call the customer care from my prepaid card as I have mentioned earlier the option to speak to a executive is not available on any customer care numbers like 121, 12131, 123 etc...
