Respected sir/madam
I purchased a motorola mobile instrument from CROMA CBD Belapur. They offer me a SIM card NO 9892035842 stating this is free with instument and will be activated next day on submitting required documents (which I submitted in 12th Dec) and I have to pay Rs.200/- for lifetime free incoming. After 4 days it was not activated. I went to CROMA again. They told me that it will be activated immediately pay 200/- which I was ready to pay but their instrument was out of order so he told me to get it activated from any Airtel authorised dealer. I went to a authorised dealer who told me that there is no scheme for lifetime free incoming with Rs.200/-, I have to pay Rs. 495/- which I paid immediately. Till date it is not activated. I have visited a lots of time to the dealer and made a lots of calls for the activation to CROMA at 9892155147. I turn they gave me a number of airtel representative 9867438041 and told me to followup with and they can't do anything.
Please inquire about it. It is with a customer who is in financial capital. What will be position of the customer from small cities, towns and rural area.
