Recharged for Rs 90.00 but 0.00 talktime

I recharged for our mobile on yesterday (24.10.09) we received an sms stating "Recharge for Rs 90.00 and get Rs 100.00 Talk time". after that we recharged for Rs 90.00 but after the recharge the talk time was Rs 0.00. After contacting customer care they informed me as it is a booster pack and no talk time for this. Moreover i can cancel the booster but no refund or talk time will be added.
