Blackberry service Activation Problems
I have a Blackberry 8520 handset (which is sim locked to airtel). I am a prepaid user and I had used the airtel bb plan 299 for the first month, for which it worked efficiently. From the next month onwards I wanted to reactivate the plan. For that I messaged 121 for activation but I am receiving the msg that
"we already have a provisioning request under processing. please wait while we process your request."
And it has been 3 months that I am still waiting without any activation. I sms'd 121 atleast 100 times also called the BB technical support 20 times and am running around the Airtel customer service center, I am getting a frustrating response that there is a server problem and it will get sorted out but there is no time limit for this.
