Wrong billing. Charged for downloading content

Since October every month i have been charged an amount in excess of 100 Rs for downloading content from Airtel Live Portal. I do not use Airtel Live and other internet based services through my handset at all and yet i am being charged.

On going through the itemised bills of 9892108170 i find that on almost all occasions downloads took place at same time and very early in the morning. I suspect some one from Airtel is playing mischief through my connection.

Its been 6 months and numerous complaints to 121, visits to Airtel ARC's and a mail to the Nodal Officer, i have not got any satisfactory response from the concerned yet. In fact, the nodal officer has not replied or responded in any way. Is this the service that Airtel offers to its Customers?

AIRTEL SERVICES ARE SIMPLY PATHETIC.. AND AIRTEL EXECUTIVES ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS..
