This complaint is regarding my laptop IBM LENOVO R60 think pad, product id : 9457ba6 and battery code: 11s92p1142z12d4h76f63h.
Its been almost two months i am following up for the replacment of my battery which is not working and has been confirmed by the vendor also.
I am getting no response regarding the same and becuase of sudden power cut, i have lost my data. I am not happy with the services and want to return the Laptop.
Kindly look into the matter.
