Provided metro topup but benifits not given

One exicutive came to my place name krishan chaudhary i hav asked him that i hav so many calls to mumbai you hav any scheem so give me the connection in which i get low call rates otherwise leave it he made me aware of metro topup and comited me and give that connection to me i hav given the money and buy that connection . after some days airtel made me welcome call i hav asked them that my metro topup is activated or not they told me it will be activated in 36 hours .after 2 days again one call came to me in which they said ur topup has been activated u can make calls .after 1month my bill came they hav added rent of topup in my bill but the benifits are not given to me i hav called custumer care they told me they r not providing the topup in my plan .i asked them why they hav added rent they simply says we cant help u we can remove ur rent thats it . i hav made so many calls to mumbai because i was not aware that they r not providing the topup . then they give me refrence no and said u will receave call in 24 hours but no responce from there side from that day ie 23 aprail i m calling daily 2-3 times and today is 25 may. every time they give me refrence number and no responce .i m highly fed up from there service .third class custumer service they provided to me . now pl suggest me what to do
