I am making this complaint for the past four months, Regarding unsubscription for MKR tips which has wrongly been subscribed from my mobile No. 9971901193. I am requesting for the past four months to unsubscribe for MKR tips but It is not been done and I think If has fallen into the deaf ears of airtel customers care service people. I
I am unnecessarily losing 30Rs. every month. Also I cannot use the sim for outgoing calls. If I recharge the amount is deducted immediately. This is unfair method on the part of airtel customer care people. I once again request you to unsubscribe for MKR tips or else the matter will be taken to the customer court If the reply is not received within SEVEN days from today.
