Non receipt of voter id card

Dear Sir,

We have applied for Voter Card (address: 53/1 chhatribabh, 202 nidhi apartment, Indore, MP) & all the formalities have been completed in June'08. we were informed that the Voter Card will be delivered by Oct'08 end.

My neighbours have received their Voter Card but I'm yet to receive the same. The polling date is 27/11/08, kindly arrange to do the needful & Request you to arrange to deliver the same at the earliest.
