my uniqueno. is 121503802A080026335 and my itbc mem.no. is 08515038 and the invoice no. is ORAQ 80026335.i could not open the Web sitegiven in the claim your free gifs form along with the CDs. i am in receipt of the CDs today.if i remember correct my order was for vocal cds and not for instrumental music. more over the parcel was once retd to you but again resent.with all these problems still i thought of keeping them, but the website for claiming the gifts could not open.what shall i do as the 60 days claim period ends on 26th nov. an immediate response is solicited or else necessary procedure for return of the CDs may be advised immediately.any further delay in the matter is at your own risk and responsibility only.treat the matter as urgent.&ramanamurty
