Wrt below mail, I have been following up for the same from last 8 months & I had purchased the PC in Dec 08', even I have sent them the required documents & 1000's DD as per thier requirement, then how there is no registration nor document details.

But I think there is communication gap between your collgues. Pls. sort it out this matter by any way at the earlist possible, I can not tolerate any more inconvence.

Customers/Trade Partners/Team members, willing to check the status of their claims can now log on to the above mentioned URL and search for the status of their claim online, Thus bringing an end to the customers queries that you receive on this.

Please share this link, with your team and request them to further share it in trade /relevant sectors.

To know the status, all you need to do is enter any two parameters from the selection list provided, this MUST be as registered, else the results cannot be displayed.

In case the customer is not able to find an answer, the system shall automatically respond with an possible error and prompt the user to try again.

Even on making an second attempt, the customer faces any issue, the system opens a page from where the customer can submit and “Status Request”

Tough, all status updates are sent to the customer’s registered email address and mobile numbers, all supplementary status request shall now be accepted, only if received thru this “Status Request” Page :-

WHY? :- The status request pages seeks all the relevant information from the customer, without which the request cannot be submitted -. Generally the customer would send an mail query with incomplete details from which we cannot locate the claim – triggering a mail trail and delay in response time. Accepting status request thru these pages assures that all required details are available in the first communications itself. This helps in locating his claim and most updated contact information helps us reach the customer quickly
