My subscription started from 24/10 and I am receiving the magazine regularly

But, Till date I did not receive the assured gift of beetel x64 cordless phone

I subscribed through online and the transcation id is; 201108203774180 dt. 20 Aug

I have made my request thrrough mail and also through post

Till date no gentleman from BW responded

I am planning to go to consumer court
