Still not got the committed gift

Hi my subscriber id is GHK1516269 for good housekeeping, I had subscribed for the magazine in the month of may and I was told that will get the gift within 8- to 10 weeks time, And I am really sad to tell that till date I have not got the gift and please check the trail mail, they are again asking for 2- 3 weeks time, which in going on for last few months, why do they cheat people like this when we have made full payment, please help me let me know whom to contact for this as I would really want to go legal against them and also let others know how they are duping people
