Wrong Information, Untimely delivery

Regarding lucky draw under the ‘Never before! Never again! ’ of Outlook Group, I subscribed to 2 magazines

It is strange to see Lucky Draw being delayed so many times. See below their replies:

At time purchase [Oct] – Draw will happen in Dec

At time purchase [Dec] – Draw will happen in Jan

At time purchase [Feb-Mar] – First week of April

At time purchase [May] – End of May

This kind of behavior is not expected from a renowned media house like Outlook Group.

This gimmick is actually tarnishing image of Outlook Group. Firstly, untimely deliveries of subscriptions are taking toll of our time; now this marketing trick.

Moreover their deliveries are quite irregular and untimely.

Anyways, any apology or information from publication in magazine would have sufficed this.

Purely Govt oragnization! Stay away
