Delay in issue of passport

I have applied passport for renewal and address change on 7th January but till date the on-line status showing as police report not received. As per your passport will be delivered by 45 days to 60 days from date of application now its 70 days have been past. I have applied in hyderabad wide file number: HYDF000778 11.
