Sub.:- Harassed during re-issue of my passport.
Dear Sir,
I was apply application for re-issue a fresh passport in place of my old passport (which old passport no. is A4451056, issued dt. 15/12/1997, expiry dt. 14/12 and issued by passport office Patna) at passport office Bhopal (M.P.) on dated 25/10 by speed post. My passport application returned time to time after created objection by Bhopal passport office in every 2 to 3 months gap.
1st objection on 10/12 (after one and half months) and cause are “your photo-copy related papers are not attested by such Officers; those seal have no full name, full address and its phone no.”.
1st objection rectified on dared 24/12 and again send whole application along with all related papers on 24/12 by speed post to Bhopal passport office.
2nd objection on 15/02 (after one and half months) and cause are “your draft (Rs.1000/-) is expired”.
2nd objection rectified on dared 25/02 and again send whole application along with all related papers on 25/02 by speed post to Bhopal passport office.
I enquiry regularly through internet at Bhopal passport web side, on dated 21/05 (after three months of last objection) my application was accepted and my file no.is R002633.
After two months i.e. on dated 14/07 again new created objection was imposed that “you send a fresh NOC”.
Due to above created objection, I am totally hopeless that, I may be never received my passport in this era by such type of great passport office persons.
If any NOC related enquiry, please consult my employee office address, which is show in my NOC certificate.
So, please take necessary action to issue of my passport.

Sub.:- Delay in re-issue of my passport.
Dear sir,
With due respect, I have applied a application for re-issue of a new passport against my old passport on 25/10 (All related matter and pervious mail send by me to you are attested). As per objection given by passport office Bhopal, I was sending a fresh NOC in proper format on 30-08. But till date no any information either passport office received my NOC or not and another objection imposed or current status.
I have also connect no. of times through phone to the passport office Bhopal, but no one receive the phone.
So, please take necessary action to issue of my passport as soon as possible.
