Perumbakkam Panchayat office
Panchayat water connection not provided

Hi Sir,

I am staying in a apartment (Opal Homes) in Perumbakkm and we shifted here 2 years back and all 62 flats paid the property tax, we approached Perumbakkam Panchayat many times but they are not ready to give water connection and expecting bribe to give the water connection, can you please suggest how to complaint about this to the next level, also for first time property tax they asked bribed and 60 flats given Rs.1000-1500 for each flat as a bribe to pay the property tax..please take necessary action on this and also whom to complaint on this bribe issues in Panchayat office.
