Dear Modi Management,

Following complaints are being address to you for past 2 years or so without any result as such. Still in Aug the situation is exactly the same as it was in Aug.

We, resident of Silver Springs are facing same issues as follows.

1. Manjeera Water in our tabs:

a. MCH Manjeera water connection is not yet provided by MCH as committed long back even after given possession of most of the flat. Where it is stuck and is there any help which we can provide. We need commitment date on the same.

b. Manjeera water current supply is having lots of problems not getting daily supply and that is totally improper. What is your plan to improve this? Please share with us.

c. MCH agreements – How many unit of water you have taken in consideration with MCH for 653 flats. Please share the documents with us.

d. Manjeera Sump design: Design of sump is not favorable to store running water that requires at least 25 to 30K liters water to pump to Terries. It means that 25 to 30K liters water will always be there in sump, will create water dieses. It should be design in “V” shape. That’s why you are devoting more money in supply water internally rather than the maintenance. Please DONOT consider that it can be adjust against the collected maintenance since it is totally management failure. We are ready to pay only water charges not Water boy labor cost and additional water cost from our maintenance collection.

e. Can be taken only once basic necessities have been provided.

f. 1st floor ducks are stinking. No body from is looking their cleaning as per them they donot have sufficient staff.

2. Road: Roads are not completed yet and entrance road is having 2fit Gadda’s, driving is totally unsafe, Speed breakers are not provided inside road in-spite of lots of personal and official reminders. Any causality will cause Modi to liable. Internal roads are not having any water drainage. What plan you have considered during designing? It would be complete long back but every time Manjeera water excuse were given. They need 4-5 fit area for water supply why 15fit road is not done yet. Please share your plan and commitment date of completion.

3. Parking issues: Need to short out soon. Please provide the date to resolve this.

4. Fire Safety issues: There is no fire safety seen yet. Please provide the date to resolve this.

5. Sewerage plastering and their ventilations: There is no plastering and ventilation safety seen yet. Please provide the date to resolve this.

6. Boundary Walls: It has to increase minimum 8-10 fits

7. Identifications mark and directions of society, Blocks and Flats: There is no identification mark and direction given to reach flats yet. Please provide the date to resolve this.

8. Rain Water drainage issue: Rain water is getting consolidated under B & C block. What is the plan? Please share.

9. Electricity rooms: These are providing under the block which are against safety norms. Please advice.

10. Gym/Games/Library/TV Rooms: Not ready yet: Please provide the date of completion.

11. Security: There is ONLY one security almost NIL on 653 flat. Why==??

12. Power Back up: No power back up yet ==??

13. Drainage: Water is getting stuck on all corridor and roads. Why ==??

14. Swimming pool: Not ready yet. Why ==??

15. Play ground = Not ready yet. Why ==??

16. Lifts: Only one-one lift is started yet and Water boys are using these working lifts and destroying till not usable condition, so not working condition most of time. See here… ladies & children are always facing issues while sharing these lifts with water boys and with water canes. In case any thing happened Modi will be 1st party in accuse since you have given possession with 6 month advance maintenance for not to provide Lift facility to all blocks and ladies have to share the lift with Labor/water boys etc.. Why??

17. Intercom Facility: Not yet provided any commitment. Please give us date.

18. Painting and furnishing of Corridors & Internal common walls: We have to have all walls paint and furnishing soon to see this project as role model.

19. Identity cards to Labor/Water boys/Marketing staff/Officer persons: Day to day activity labor/water boys/Cleaning guys comes to our houses but for house wife very much difficult them to identify that this is right guy or not, to open the door. Requesting you to issue ID cards to your water boy and all, where as security guy also allow them to come inside. It will help us to maintain security in side of apartment.

20. Construction Quality Assurance: Is there any plan to provide any assurance?

21. Corpus fund: Please provide full detailed item wise statement for this fund.

22. Club membership fund and club house development: Please provide full detailed item wise statement for this fund.

Kindly furnish us with the date of completion of the above stated problems.
