Builder has left the Aristo apartment without completing following work:-

1) Lift

2) Electrica meter

3) Safety door

4) Common toilet for visitor etc.

Builder has taken 1 year maintainance of Rs18000 but not

provideing basic things like:-

1) Security guard

2) Garbage Disposal

3) Doing regular maintaince of electric lamp &

water tank, water motor.

4) There is no water in the apartment & builder is not will to

bring water tank.

Shailaendar Goel is very arrogant person & if we try to explain him these

problem he tries to threathen us.

We have no option but ti file cas consumer court against builder.

Please dont buy any property from this builder.
