Hi,
I had a reservation for Shivenri (A.C) from Pune Station to Dadar and Pick up point was Wakad.
My ticket no. : 4114118, Date : 26/04, Time 11:00 P.M
The bus was supposed to reach wakad around 11:30 P.M, I was at Wakad from 10:45 P.M to 12:15 P.M, Despreatly waiting for the Shivneri which never arrived at wakad, The serice of Shiverni as gone so done that, they dont pick the people who have a reservation.
11:00 P.M M.S.R.T.C Shiverni is the last shiverni from Pune to Mumbai, The unrestful condition cased by MSTRC has led me to a greater deal of discomfort and with the loss of money spent in getting a ticket (Rs. 225).
With the continues depriciation in your bus condition from A.C to Vehicle Noise, Now Customer service has done to the minimum
If you cannot provide service to common public, better stop it, There are other service provider to take care the pick up of a reservation customer is been done. Stop Calling yourself public transport when you have lost it!!!
