I want to file a case against my Builder in consumer court Sangareddy

I want to file a case against my Builder in consumer court Sangareddy.

I purchased a Flat in Ramachandrapuram, Medak District.

It is near to BHEL, Hyderabad. From BHEL 3 KM.

I registered my Fat in Sangareddy, Medak district on November.

My Builder agreed to give Lift by January 1st 2010. He Started the apartment last 2 years Back.

Now he said he can’t give until May 1st 2010. That date also not confirmed.

In this case I want to go Consumer Court.

Please suggest me the procedure.
