We are the residents of Jubilee Flats at Sithalapakkam near Ottiyambakkam & Karanai which falls under Kanchipuram district.
Jubilee Flats was promoted by a builder Mr. Edison (M/s Kings Land Foundation) with a special approval by CMDA, It has around seven blocks (A to G) with around 150 flats in the complex.
As per the CMDA guide line 10 grounds was marked as OSR land and gifted to st.mount union panchayat with a clear intention of maintaining the OSR land as a playground for jubilee flats occupants.
At this juncture we would like to bring two important issue to your kind notice.
1. Unauthorised construction by few flat owners who has constructed addition rooms encroaching upon common area against the allotted sq.registered in their name.
a) Mr. Parthiban "F" Block Door No.11&12
b) Mr. Aruldoss "E" Block Door No. 12
c) Mr. Chander Fernando "D" Block Door No. 05 & 06
the above listed owner have grossly violated the CMDA approved plan.
In spite of repeated complain given to you about these unauthorised construction no action has been taken so far which has encouraged other owners to commit the same mistake. This has resulted in creating chaos & confusion among the remaining flat owners who are loosing faith and confidence on enforcement authority of CMDA.
2. Couple of days back few self centric people have started construction on the playground (OSR Land) which is within the campus of jubilee flats without any approval or authorisation from the concern authority.
We kindly request you to investigate and do the needful immediately.
