Subject: complaint in respect of huge unauthorised construction which is being raised in the premises bearing no.6559
and 60, main road, bara hindu rao, opposite tonga stand delhi by MOHD GULZAR, WAHID RAZA, AND HAIDER RAZA,
without any sanctioned plan by the m.c.d and those who are also encroaching upon the public land.
sir,
it is most respectfully submitted as under :-
1. That the applicant is a respectable indian citizen and is living along with his other family members at premises bearing no.7919 gali karamatulla bara hindu rao. delhi 110006
2. That the aforesaid person namely MOHD GULZAR, WAHID RAZA, AND HAIDER RAZA, are influential person and expert in doing unauthorised building activities as well encroaching upon the public land . the applicant is living near by the aforesaid nefarious construction activities and is comcerned by the unauthorised construction activities which the aforesaid person are carrying . the unauthorised construction work is done day and night and the aforesaid person have not got any plan sanctioned from the m.c.d and even the unauthorised construction is against the building bye laws of m.c.d so much so, inspite of number of compaints lodged by the other residents of the locality to the local police as well as to the municipal authorities they are still continuing with the unauthorised construction work. even the officials of the m.c.d inspite of the complaints are not visiting the spot where the unauthorised construction is being raised and rather the aforesaid person have been alleging that no official of the corporation will visit the unauthorised site .since the aforesaid person are influential having number of their anti social elements with them, as such the residents of the locality are afraid of them .by their unauthorised construction activities there have been serious problem of sanitation water electricity and sewerages though number of police official visited the unauthorised construction being raised by the aforesaid person; however no action has been taken and it appers that all those person are having their hands in glove with them . so much so even no show causes notice is issued against the aforesaid person till today . it further appears that the law of the nation is having no force on their unauthorised and illegal construction being raised.
3. That it is brought to your kind attention that because of the unauthorised and illegal activities being raised there have been recently number of building which have collapsed thereby causing loss of human being including small children ladies and it further cause lot of loss to the number of properties the unauthorised construction being carried out by the aforesaid person is also alarming to the neighbourers including to the applicant.
4. That some of the photographs of the unauthorised building activities being carried out by the aforesaid person are enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of your goodself.
5. That it is not out of places to mention here that th hon'ble supreme court of india and the hon'ble high court of delhi at new delhi repeatedly warned the municipal authorities and local police to take immediate steps against such unauthorised construction activities.
6. that the applicant being a law abiding citizen is making the present complaint before your goodself to take immediate steps against the unauthorised construction activities being carried out by the aforesaid person namely MOHD GULZAR, WAHID RAZA, AND HAIDER RAZA in the premises bearing no .6559-60 main road bara hindu rao opposite tonga stand, delhi under the provisions of delhi municipal corporation act and the building bye laws framed there under to save any future damages to the life passers by in the interest justice.
