SHREYA DEVELOPWELL, NH 58 GHAZIABAD
FLAT NOT HANDED OVER NOR THE MONEY REFUNDED

Hi,

I booked a 3 BHK flat in M/s Shreya Developwell, NH58 Ghaziabad in 2006 and paid 15% BOOKING AMOUNT AND 2 instalments thru bank (ING Vyasya). As on date there is no progress in the project and i am still paying the monthly interest on the bank loan for the last 4-5 year.

Can anybody help in the matter.
