Customers of TMC Karjat in danger of losing their hard earned money. Promoter selling project's land at Shirse/Akurle village. Public Notice in Raigad times of 9th March
The land is where the much advertised Tanaji Malusare City, Karjat was supposed to have been built and handed over to over 3000 customers is being sold by its owners. This action of the promoter to sell the land would mean all these customers' hard earned money would be in danger. As you are aware TMC collected over Rs. 45 crores from these customers with a promise of delivering low cost flats by December. Its over 3 years and their dreams remain unfulfilled.
Request inform all knoiwn cusomers about this sale. If they wish they could file a 'objection' with the lawyer to protect their interest. The name and address of the lawyer is in the public notice.
