Hello Sir

I am Jegatheeswaran staying the flat Anand Sqare, Govinda Road, Westmambalam, 600033 I paid full advance amount but the House Owner Naveen # 9884377668did not issue the receipt for the received advance amount and Aggreement is also not hand over to me. I follow up him 30 days, he is not answering my call and no response! Please advise me what should I do?
