ANSAL API Sunshine County, Kundli (Sonepat Haryana)
Harassment by the builde

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a flat in ansal api Sunshine County, Kundli (sonepat haryana). The builder Ansal API have at the last min, i.e. at the time of releasing the possession have increased the area by almost 15% and are now asking for additional payment of RS 4.5 lacs. The builder had earlier also increased the area by converting the carpet area to the super area. They have also delayed the possession of flat by almost 2 years.

Please tell me if there is any rule for builder or they can demand any amount and for any areas defined by them.

I don’t understand how a company can increase site many times for same flat and demand more money.

Please help us to raise this issue so that we don’t have to pay this unjustified amount again and again.

Also other peoples will get knowledge of frauds by such builders like ANSAL API.

Is there any way we can file case against ANSAL API?

I request you to please raise this issue on your channel as when we ask they don't give any satisfactory answer.
