Nature of complaint: The COMFORT PLUS mattress does not hold straight but gets sagged just below the back. I can feel the slumps because of drooped mattress. When the mattress is rotated, new slumps are created where the back is rested.
I bought a: COMFORT PLUS 6ft x 6ft” mattress from Sagar Furnishings, Kumathekar road, Pune. It's Warranty period of 24 mths ends in April. Lodged a complaint in March with Varun Distrubutors, Karve road, pune (ref person Mr. Maajid). According to distributor and shop owner, the Company attends the complaints. For 15 days nobody attended the complaint. Finally, 2 newly joined executed (in last 3mths) visited and inspected the mattress today on 20.3.2011. According to them there was no fault in mattress but in the beds. I am highly dissatisfied with their explanations as I find my beds in perfect condition. I fail to understand how this mattress performs badly while I used “Sleepwell” mattress for 10 years earlier on same double beds and did not face any such problems. I hope with this complaint, some responsible person from Company will inspect my mattress and find the real problem. I also hope to get a replacement for this faulty mattress.
