Kurl On Mattress in a bad shape

Hi,

I bought a Kurl-On Spring mattress (tiara pillow top kingsize mattress) 6.5"x6"x8" (thickness) (Rs.22K) in March. After using for 6 months the mattress started shrinking on one side. I never took the problem seriously and couple of months went. Suddenly I started getting back pain so I called up Kurlon customer care in (jan). The person checked the mattress and told that is not a problem and said to reverse the mattress for 2 weeks (this pillow top mattress cannot be used in reversible state), so still I believed in him and did it exactly what he did. It never worked and after batting for two months for fixing this, they finally told me that this cannot be fixed we have to replace and they replaced it.

Again problem started even before I started using. One side of the mattress has uneven height of the springs and it was slant. At first this was not visible much because of new mattress. But after using for 5 months, the slanting was clearly visible and again I called customer care.

Again this time I have to fight with Mr. Satish Shetty for fixing the mattress and he took two months for giving the status (I used to call him on phone daily twice or thrice) and he told me that he will replace it and this is done in sep.

After opening the new mattress from cover I found out that the mattress is shrinking in the center of the mattress (around 2 to 3") and it was making me very uncomfortable.

So I complained about new mattress, Satish is started yelling at me and this is new mattress and we are not going to check anything again.

So I could not speak more with him and I started using it. Again after 3 to 4 months, my center of the mattress looks like a pit and when two person's sleep we roll towards center as it is going down at the center.

I logged a complaint to satish and he told me that "I cannot do anything". But a person came from kurlon named Arun Kumar and he checked the mattress and told me that what I said was right. He told me with out inspection how they delivered it to me.

Now again I stuck with the same process. The customer care people of wanted ignoring me.

What should I do? Throw the mattress or file a complaint in consumer forum.
