I booked a parcel to my colleague "J. UDAYA KUMAR 23/11, ETHIRAJ GARDEN ST, PERAMBUR BARRACKS, PERAMBUR, CHENNAI-12" on 20-12 through Franch express networks, Saibaba colony, coimbatore

AWB NO: F00382655

Till now it is not delivered to the address mentioned above. I have been speaking to FRANCH EXPRESS branches at Coimbatore and Chennai, customer care centres and RM Chennai but nobody is giving a fruitful reply so far and still I am not able to trace my parcel. It has become 15 days since I booked the parcel but no sign of delivering it and it seems to be lost.
