I am using HUL Pureit Marvella RO (Cost Rs 12, 999) since October 06 - After Purchasing this product, 10days later I got a problem with the product, As the Water flow was very slow, it took 28 hours to fill the seven liter tank, I have complained to customer support, But till now the problem is not solved, The service persons came for service around 7 times and they checked it, But they did not solve the problem yet, He said to put extra boost motor (Cost Rs 1500) for Water pressure, We accepted for that and we paid for the Boost pump also, but the problem is not solved after we have placed the boost pump, Barely we used the product for around 10 days only We have decided to ask Replacement or Cash back, But they are not accepting for Product replacement or Cash back, Even though they solve the problem in near future we will not be happy with that, because we paid for New product, but within 10days they have changed a lot of parts inside the product without reason, we are not satisfied with that.
