Unknowingly Deduction of m0ney

Hi sir/Madam,

I am using reliance prepaid connection having mobile no. 8088108230, I recharged my cell with special recharge of 25Rs for 0.25/min Std call and another of Rs 69 for night pack. after recharge i found that only one scheme is working which is Rs25 one. another was not activated due to which incurred a loss of money as i was not knowing that it was not activated, till now it was not activated nor its money refunded to my account.

For the recharge of Rs 25, it is supposed to be valid for 1 months and charge should be 0.25/min but it was deducting 0.40 rs from my account and now i found that that plan got expired.

Due to all those problem i losses my almost 150 rs, as i was not knowing about it. i want my money to be refunded to me.
