My brother's mobile with bsnl sim has been stolen in Allahabad. The mobile no. is-9450596659.I want the sim to be blocked immediately to prevent it's misuse. Customer care people are refusing to do so without FIR.But just to block sim, FIR is not needed. Please take action on an urgent basis.
