My BSNL land line no.222651 is not working since long back. We have not pay the bills for a couple of periods due to non-receipt of the same. I have been settled at a different place thereafter and the land phone is of no use for me. Now, I want to disconnect that phone. Whatever accrued as unpaid bills, that may be adjusted with the security deposits.
