DEAR SIR,
Bsnl has recently launched 274 pack (FOR UNLIMITED GPRS) its woking very fine all over india but unfortunately its not working in J&K since the day it has been launched. I registered so many complaints in this regard in the bsnl call center, but there reply was all the time either we do not have updates regarding this matter or you try to recharge it after next 24 hours. some of my complaints numbers are.

The fact of the matter is that it was promotional offer for three months from 25.01.2010 to 25.04.2010 out of which two months are over but they are yet to take any step in this regard, I went to BSNL Custumer Care Center Lal chowk so many times, to meet the concerned person Mr. Yaseen (JTO) but he tried his fullest to keep me ticking table to table, he two is of no use nor he knows his profession. In the end Mr. Pervaiz AGM (BSNL) noted down my complaint in his dairy and assured me of rectification, but yet nothing has happned thus bsnl is taking its custumers for ride.
