I have tried to refill my BSNL prepaid Mobile using CITIBANK online Mobile Prepaid Recharge Top-Up Facility Through Internet Banking and refill of Rs 50.0 TOP UP on 08/05 at 6.30 Pm and haven't received any refill as yet (7.00 pm same day). Amount of Rs 50/- already debit to you from my ICICI saving account.
