I am charged more than 500 Rs. against BSNL tunes, which i had not subscribed and I pit a complaint in BSNL regarding the same they convinced me about the cancellation and pay back but in my last recharge again i loose my money. IS ita SERVICE??

Please refund my money or please take action from concern authorities. I dont beleive in BSNL SERVICES
