Hello Sir,
I have been lodged complain of incorrect billing of our land line bill in BSNL Office, twice one in last month and again in this month.
still they have not given me any memo and correct bill.
i had broadband-125 plan in OCT for which i deposited 1200 annually.in march i changed plan to combo-850 (unlimited broadband), but despite of all the efforts from customer side to request them to correct bill, i landed with frustration, unwanted expenses of traveling.
Please suggest suitable action to get compensation till i don't get justice.
