I was BSNL Postpaid Mobile customer since last 8 years. FYI I am the first person in Gujarat to get BSNL World Roaming on Mobile. Due to persistent connection problem, call drops, data connectivity problem & other network related problems, I opted to go for Prepaid connection as I found that all my circle who had BSNL Prepaid connection were not facing such problems.
Now I have converted my connection to Prepaid, nearly all my problems are solved. However Data connectivity problem is still troubling a lot though have been reduced considerably.
I am trying since last 45 days to lodge complain with Customer Care & every time I am assured that my Data Connectivity problem will be solved in 48 hours or am informed that someone will visit my place to check the problem. But so far nothing concrete has been done.
I am a diehard BSNL fan & really want to continue using uninterrupted full Mobile services which I am currently unable to use fully due to problems mentioned above. I urge you to kindly take up the matter seriously & solve my problem once for all.
