My name is Sanjeev Kumar Jha. My mobile no. is 9431585106 and service provider is BSNL. I have the complain that I accidently activated Love Tips for Girls service from no. 59595015 i.e. 9595. My first complain is that Customer Service of BSNL, Jharkhand, Ranchi is dead from last one year. They do not reply anything. Three months ago a special drive was conducted from BSNL Jharkhand for complain and I did complain there. Before special drive I personally gone to BSNL office and submitted written complain there. Despite all those I did not got any solution.
