Hi, My name is ashok kumar.i purchased a bsnl prepaid sim on 12/6.they didn't activated it upto monday night and therefore the shopkeeper talk to dealer and he exchanged my sim and they says me it will be activated in next 2 hrs.but upto this time my new number is also not activated.i'm facing so many problems because of this therefore pls activate my new sim quickly.
