This is regarding the tampered telephone line in our location:
Sembarathi Street, Poompozhil Nagar, Avadi, Chennai – 62
Our phone lines are disconnected for more than a month now and we had contacted the concerned bsnl dept, still no action is taken. I would like to escalate this to your higher official as it is a major concern. Not able to contact in case of urgency, this is not the way public has to get affected because of the carelessness of some govt employees.
We are aware of the web links/contact through which we can directly report this higher official but hope so you will help us to find a solution. Please try to understand our problem too without the landline for more than a month. This issue happened because of the drainage project that is going on in Chennai.
