Dear sir/madam
I want to file complaint against deduction of balance from my prepaid mobile (9868945888) service provider dolphin MTNL in name of weekly disc pack service (5373710) which i never subscribed.
Its been a month that they have been deducting my balance in denomination of rupees 10 from last one month. I complained many time to customer care but they never reacted and are least bothered.
kindly, unsubscribe this service and take some action as early as possible.
