Yesterday date 24/07 I am not in Mumbai and not use GPRS or 3G service during 6.30 AM to 8.30PM but at 6.48 PM I get 1 msg from Idea and they deduct 5rs. from my balance for downloading One97 pack I make complaint on 198 customer care against this unfair practice complaint no. SR NO. 1-26067191825.
Before 5 day's they also deduct 1rs. from my balance.
