Not Closing Account even after many request and Sending Bills every month

Hi,

Two months back, I called customer call and requested to cancel my account (Land Line and Broad Band).

They told, to do this i need to pay my bill, as per their call i paid payment, and reminded to the same person to close my account.

After few days i got bill again... I called to customer care and explianed the same... and requested to close account... she took my request ..and she told that she will take care. Complaint No : 316852031 .

After few days i got a mail saying that Complaint no 316852031 resolved and closed, no more information in that mail. This mail leaded to me that account been closed and no further action required on this account.

But today again received the bill for till today...

Called the customer call asked the status and told the same... now they are telling account is open... u have to pay the bill first for further actions...

Iam not understatnding what kind of service this... really iam really herted and with this...

I don't know where is this mistake happen...

But mentally disturbed with this...

Do needfull help...
