All I am having MTS mobile 91-9133722177, everyday i am gettting calls from customer care, one day i got call from MTS customer care cell for caller tunes I pick the call the disconnected after that it actomatically actiavted the caller tune to my number, i called to customer care but they saying they dnt know, answering a call and disconneting they charged me Rs.15, but i did not activated the caller tune.with out my permission they activated the caller tunes and they charging according their wish. I want an explanation for this with out my acceptance how they can activate the caller tunes.
