I bought a Mts Mobile No. 8459352639 on dated 4.06.11. I had done FRC of Rupees 203 on 4.06.11. This FRC give the benific to 1/2 paise/second call rate on Local and STD No.(first 400 minutes). This Plan autorenewable Plan for next six month if customer get recharge of 900 Rupees without any cost. I alredy fullfill this condition of Above 900 rupees (6x123 recarge, 150 rechage, and 20 Rupees recharge total recharge above 900 Rupees 738 150 20=908 Rupee). After six month Mts is not giving me the 1/2paise/sec call rate. I have already complaint many time to Mts but can not get any result.
Please sir look into the matter and solve my complaint.
